|  The DDP MicroPress System is the first printing solution ever combining mature server technology, powerful software and reliable printer hardware into one printing solution.
The design of the NT-based server is such that it can merge digital documents from any place and environment, from a PC client or an OS/390 mainframe, process and eventually modify and output the documents on one attached printer, or split the data to be printed among all printers in a cluster. Not only can this solution be placed in a conventional datacenter, it can also sit in a print shop using POD facilities required in this market. Finisher hardware can make booklets. The automatically built-in scalability allows for printjobs between 300.000 and 5 million images a month.
Print Files may be archived in PDF format or as binary print image for re-printing.
